Outer jacket tubing is a crucial component of heat shrink straight joint kits, providing the final layer of protection to the cable joint. The outer jacket tubing forms the external covering of the entire joint, encapsulating the inner layers and restoring the mechanical integrity and environmental sealing of the original cable.
